Of Love and Death

All members start in the bar, either the same table or in the general area of each other. They all must be traveling for any reason they choose. They are passing threw the town and have stopped at the bar, can be for a drink, find a job, exc. Next to the party a group of rather drunk ladies are gossiping quite loudly. All members over hear the following conversation:

Lady one: Hey did you hear about what happened to Riverville?
Lady Two: No, what happened?
Lady One: The village was totally destroyed, and all the villagers just vanished!
Lady Three: Vanished? That sounds like what happened to the villages that Tarren visited!
Lady Two: Who’s Tarren?
Lady One: You’ve never heard of Tarren?
Lady Two: No, should I have?
Lady Three: Will, they say Tarren was the most beautiful woman in the world. With her looks and her charm she could seduce any one!
Lady Two: Any one?
Lady Three: ANY One, it doesn’t matter what race they belong. They even say she could seduce other women!
Lady One: That can’t be true.
Lady three: That’s what I’ve heard.
Lady Two: But what’s this have to do with Riverville?
Lady One: Well, It’s said that any time she visited a village or town the entire place some how ended up destroyed and all its residences vanished!
Lady Two: Do you think she visited Riverville?
Lady Three: No, she disappeared about 23 years ago.
Lady One: We’ll what ever happened it’s scary; Riverville is only a few days walk away.
Lady Two: Her Gertrude, isn’t that your husband over there?
Lady One: Were? What! What the hell is that man doing!

At this point the first lady will get up and walk over to a man who’s kissing another human female, grab him by his shirt and rips him away then starts yelling at him as she drags him out of the bar. The lady he was kissing sits there with a smirk on her face. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, stands about 5’9”, looks like she could hide behind a light post, has a vary fair complexion and flawless skin. Her beauty has every man in the bar, and some women, staring at her. No sooner does the last guy get dragged away then the next guy moves in to hit on her. The night goes on for the next few hours with person after person hitting on her; some even get a kiss from her.

Players do a will check with a 1D20:

Jpam: 16 - Safe
Silber: 15 - Safe
DudeFish: 7 - Your a aw struck by her beauty.
Rocx: 16 - Safe (Rocx is an NPC BTW)

You guys have the option to go flirt with her or go to the only town inn for the night. (Or anything else you'd like to do at this point)

Rocx moves in and flirts with her, but is turned down. Disapointed he go's to the inn for the night.

::Jpam walks toward her but sees Rocx gets turn down and decided to go to the inn also for the night. Rocx walk pass him and ask rocx" what did you say to her?"::

Silber taken to her gin and ginger ale takes another sip and then chews a mint leaf. Her confidence in the adventuring led her to be poor and reckless, her current comrades were all pirates and thieves. Like her they to had lost something on the way and turned from the paths of light.
"Well... what a shame." She said to herself eying the woman alone who turned down every man.
She seeing them get turned away she tried her own chance thinking this lass might swing both way, you never know. Silber stood and walked over to the woman, Hrafni amused with his friends nature caws softly to himself. The Ice witch purred looking her up and down. "What it do girl?" Silber winked, her eyes sparkled like a snowfield, trying to read her mind. ~I know...~

@jpam: Rocks says "Nothing realy" and heads to his room"
@Silber: She says "My arn't you a priety one" she then flirts with you for a little while, but in the end turns you away.

Silber dissatisfied leaves finding the men here not to her liking nor it's women, Hrafni joins her on her shoulder and they both leave for the inn. "You know sometimes I think only you understand me Hrafni." She heals herself outside the inn and enters retiring for the night.

As Emma goes to her room ready to rest for the night and wonders what journey awaits tomorrow.

Staring at the girl, Kratonna walks away thinking what type of man she DID like.

Then heads to the Inn for the night.

The night goes on and you all settle down and fall into a deep sleep. A few hours laters the silence of the night si shatter by screams and the sounds of shattering glass and all other forms of chaos. The noise wake you all up. Out side the windows the ornge glow of fires light the town brightly.

You all hear the sound of a door being broken down from just down the hall way.

Kratonna getting up scared, runs to the window and brakes it. He then jumps on top out of the window and on to the street looking around at the mass chaos.

Silber was awake in her room curled up on the bed reading a story to try to get herself to sleep. She rose to the smell of smoke and jumped fro the bed in an instant. She hadn't time to check what was going on. Pulling her garments back on she swung her cloak around her and fetched her purse. Hrafni escaped through the window. "What is going on?!"

"I have no idea! I think it's a riot!"

Emma is awakened by loud noises and foul smell burnt wood. She grabs her blade beside her and instinct took upon her. She was ready and willing to kill anyone stupid enough disturb her sleep. But no one was there, she wonders what the hell is all that chaos. And that smell, what is that foul stinking smell. She gets out of the bed and gets dress. She walks toward the window and the town was on fire. ::What the hell is going on? she thoughts:: She walks toward her bow and grabs it. She could feel an evil aura around the room. Then she hears a kick or something being smash down outside of her door.

@Krotonna: you reseve 1D6 damage from scraping against the broken window, you then relalize all your armor and equipment is still in the room.

@Silber: You see most of the town is on fire and hear screams of pain and death. You also see an half naked dragar jumping out the window from the next room over to the right.

@Jpam: You hear what sounds like a fight comming from the next room over from the left.

And another 1d6 for invading the sleeping quarters of a woman uninvited!!!!...

"Put some clothes on". She said with a sprite of humor amidst the frenzied commotion. She turned away from him and hurried downstairs. Silber left the Inn and looked around, before coming to the aid of people she looked for Hrafni. He cawed landing on her shoulder. She seemed more calm once he was near and she went to the aid of the fires. Casting a cold rain she knew she wouldn't be able to contain this conflagration.

@Silber: You never make it down the stairs. When you rach the hall way you see Rocx standing there holdin a 2hand sword and fighting off a groub of 3 villagers. You also see the door to his room has been brocken down.

Persception check: 5 - you notic nothing

Rocks Perception check: 12 - Rocks shouts "there in a trance!"

(aww I did such a good job too. I bet I could tell a trance you know cause it would look like this )

The member 'Silber' has done the following action : Dices roll

"Oh jeez what a drag..." Says Kratonna as he rushs back into the Inn noticing it's being ransacked my crazy villagers. He runs past and up the stairs noticing Rocks fighting off 3 people and Silber right behind. "Oh great." Says Kratonna, running by them still trying to recover his items. He runs into his room and grabs all his equiment and runs back to aid Silber & Rocks.

Kratonna, the inn is not being ransacked, but you notice all the doors a proken down, and blood and dead bodys cover the floor.

As you run by Rocx yells "Hey! Some one give me a hand!"

Kratonna runs to Rocx's aid to fight
